From our in-house OSHA certified safety training, our On-Site Tool Box safety trainings, to our new Team Members first day. Iit’s clear that Safety is a big part of our corporate culture. Without exception, before any worker can be on a job site, he or she must complete an OSHA 10 Hour Safety course.
All of our Foremen have a minimum of an OSHA 30 Certification, EPA Lead Renovators Certification, Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certification, as well as Competent Person Certification for scaffolding and fall protection. Our Supervisors and Management Team are all OSHA 500 Certified, American Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certified, EPA Lead Renovator Certified and Competent Person Certified. In addition, Respirator Fit Testing is giving to all of our experiennced Spray Applicators. Our full time dedicated Safety Coordinator inspects all job sites on a daily and weekly basis. Always being Pro-Active in order avoid potential safety issues long before they can become an issue.

Keeping our team safe is good for them and their families, it’s good for Century Painting and it’s good for business. We have achieved a very respectable EMR recognition by general contractors and the appreciation of many safe workers.
